摘要: 在以人工智能为代表的新兴技术的引领下,土木建筑行业面临向智能化转型和由“建造”向“运维”转型的双重迫切需求。与此同时,我国城镇化正从快速增长期转向稳定发展期,城市发展正从大规模增量扩张阶段转向以存量提质增效为主的阶段,智能运维作为工程建设与管理的核心发展方向,对人才的知识结构和实践能力提出了新要求。该文在产教融合视域下基于智能运维对人才能力需求的分析,从体系构建原则、“四维一体”内容设计、“三元协同”平台建设等方面,系统探讨土木工程专业实践教学体系的改革路径,为培养适应智能运维发展的高素质应用型人才提供理论参考和实践方案。

Abstract: Under the leadership of emerging technologies represented by artificial intelligence, the civil engineering industry is facing a dual urgent need to transform towards intelligence and from“construction”to“operation and maintenance”. At the same time, China's urbanization is shifting from a period of rapid growth to a period of stable development, and urban development is shifting from a stage of large-scale incremental expansion to a stage mainly focused on improving stock quality and efficiency. Intelligent operation and maintenance, as the core development direction of engineering construction and management, has put forward new requirements for the knowledge structure and practical ability of talents. This article analyzes the demand for talent capabilities in intelligent operation and maintenance from the perspective of industry education integration. It systematically explores the reform path of the practical teaching system in civil engineering from the aspects of system construction principles, “four-dimensional integration”content design, and“three element collaboration”platform construction, providing theoretical references and practical solutions for cultivating high-quality applied talents that adapt to the development of intelligent operation and maintenance.
