育训结合背景下高职院校定向培养“农电工匠”评价体系研究

摘要: 为响应国家职业教育改革与乡村振兴战略需求,该文聚焦高职院校定向培养“农电工匠”评价体系构建,基于长沙电力职业技术学院输配电工程技术专业(供电服务方向)的实践,针对当前存在的问题,提出校企深度融合的育训结合评价模式;通过“三进三出”校企轮流授课、产教协同育人机制及“岗课赛证”综合改革,形成“德智体美劳”五维评价体系,并建立“一人一档”电子档案与能力雷达图,为个性化培养方案调整、岗位适配推荐提供依据。实证研究表明:该体系可有效提升学生的岗位适配性,为电力行业输送高素质技术技能人才,推动乡村电气化与智能化发展,具有可推广的实践价值。

Abstract: In response to the needs of national vocational education reform and rural revitalization strategy, this article focuses on the construction of an evaluation system for the targeted training of “agricultural electricity craftsmen” in vocational colleges. Based on the practice of the transmission and distribution engineering technology major (power supply service direction) at Changsha Electric Power Technical College, and in response to the current problems, a combination of education and training evaluation model for deep integration between schools and enterprises is proposed. Through the “three in and three out” school enterprise rotation teaching, industry education collaborative education mechanism, and comprehensive reform of “job course competition certificate” , a five dimensional evaluation system of “morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor” has been formed, and an electronic file and ability radar chart of “one person, one file” has been established to provide a basis for adjusting personalized training programs and recommending job adaptations. Empirical research has shown that this system effectively enhances students'job adaptability, delivers high-quality technical and skilled talents to the power industry, promotes the development of rural electrification and intelligence, and has practical value for promotion.
