摘要: 高校职业生涯规划与就业指导的有效融合,对于提升学生的职业认知、增强学生的就业竞争力和心理素质具有重要意义。该文通过分析高校职业生涯规划与就业指导整合模式,探讨其在提升学生职业认知、增强学生就业竞争力以及心理素质和职业态度方面的作用,同时,提出优化高校职业生涯规划与就业指导的策略,包括加强师资力量与专业培训、完善课程体系、提升就业指导的个性化与针对性,以及构建校企合作与实践平台,通过这些措施,能够有效提升学生的职业发展能力,帮助他们更好地应对就业市场的挑战。

Abstract: The effective integration of career planning and employment guidance in universities is of great significance for enhancing students'career awareness, strengthening their employment competitiveness, and psychological qualities. This article analyzes the integration model of career planning and employment guidance in universities, explores its role in enhancing students'career awareness, competitiveness, psychological quality, and career attitude, and proposes strategies to optimize career planning and employment guidance in universities, including strengthening teacher resources and professional training, improving the curriculum system, enhancing the personalization and pertinence of employment guidance, and building a platform for school enterprise cooperation and practice. Through these measures, students'career development abilities can be effectively enhanced, helping them better cope with the challenges of the job market.
