Abstract: Under the guidance of the new liberal arts concept, the clothing and apparel design major needs to reestablish the talent training system through interdisciplinary integration and integration of schools, governments, enterprises, and associations to meet the current industry development's demand for composite double-creation talents. This paper starts from the perspective of new arts, explores how to build an innovation and entrepreneurship capability training system for university clothing and apparel design majors. According to multi-angle research, this paper proposes specific practical methods aiming to provide effective references for the cultivation of high-quality new liberal arts talents in clothing and apparel design majors with double-creation capabilities.
