摘要: 该文以成果导向为引领,探索秘书应用写作课程的教学创新路径,结合信息技术支持和项目式教学方法,围绕当前教学中存在的工具性弱化、逻辑训练不足、知识结构单一及缺乏真实场景等问题展开改革与实践,通过构建模块化教学内容、设计真实写作任务、强化“说—思—写”能力链条以及引入跨学科协作机制,显著提升了学生的综合写作能力与实际应用水平,形成了一套符合新质生产力导向的秘书应用写作课程教学模式,为秘书人才培养提供了有效支撑。

Abstract: This study explores innovative approaches to the teaching of applied writing for secretaries under an outcome-based framework. Targeting current challenges such as weak tool-based instruction, insufficient logical training, fragmented knowledge structure, and lack of real-life scenarios, the study integrates project-based learning, modular content design, and interdisciplinary knowledge fusion. By strengthening the “speaking-thinking-writing” chain and incorporating authentic writing tasks, the course significantly improves students'practical writing competence and forms a teaching model aligned with the demands of new quality productive forces, offering effective support for the development of professional secretary talents.
