Research and Practice of the “Industry-University-Research-Application” Quadrilateral Collaborative Education Model in the Context of Emerging Engineering Education—Case Study of Dalian Minzu University

摘要: 在新时代,新质生产力对高等教育人才培养提出了新要求。该文以新工科建设理念为指导,以大连民族大学通信工程专业为例,系统探讨“产、学、研、用”“四位一体”协同育人模式的构建与实践。研究重点聚焦产业需求与人才培养的衔接问题,通过建立校企深度合作机制、完善创新创业教育体系、优化质量保障系统等途径,着力提升工程人才的培养质量;在实施过程中,采取校企协同制定培养方案、构建“三真四实”实践教学体系、打造"双师双创型"师资队伍等措施,实践表明:该模式有效促进了人才培养与产业需求的精准对接,显著提升了学生的创新实践能力,形成了可推广的工程教育改革经验。研究成果为新工科背景下的应用型人才培养提供了有益参考,对推动高等工程教育改革具有重要价值。

Abstract: In the new era, the development of new quality productive forces has imposed fresh demands on higher education talent cultivation. Guided by the principles of emerging engineering education, this study systematically investigates the construction and implementation of an“industry-university-research-application”integrated collaborative education model, using the communication engineering program at Dalian Minzu University as a case study. The research focuses on bridging the gap between industrial needs and talent development by establishing deep university-enterprise collaboration mechanisms, enhancing innovation and entrepreneurship education, and optimizing quality assurance systems to improve the quality of engineering talent cultivation. Key implementation strategies include joint curriculum design between universities and enterprises, the development of a“three-authentic, four-practical”(authentic projects, authentic environments, authentic assessments; practical teaching, practical training, practical innovation, practical application) hands-on learning system, and the cultivation of a“dual-qualified and dual-innovation”faculty team. Empirical results demonstrate that this model effectively aligns talent cultivation with industry demands, significantly enhances students'innovation and practical abilities, and provides replicable reform experiences for engineering education. The findings offer valuable insights for applied talent development under the emerging engineering education framework and contribute significantly to advancing higher engineering education reform.
