摘要/Abstract

摘要： 培养药学专业创新应用型人才是加快推进健康中国战略、支撑区域经济与社会高质量发展和实现学校转型发展的迫切需要。该文分析了地方院校药学专业人才培养现状及存在的问题,并以重庆文理学院药学院为例,以创新能力和实践能力培养为目标,通过药学专业人才培养方案重构、课程体系建设和教学方式改革、校内科研创新实践训练实施、药物研发精英班开设以及科研成果转化教学资源并反哺教学等一系列举措,初步建立具有地方院校特色的药学专业创新应用型人才培养模式。

Abstract: Cultivating innovative and applied talents in pharmacy is an urgent need to accelerate the strategy of promoting a healthy China, supporting the high-quality development of the regional economy and society, and realizing the transformation and development of the university. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of pharmacy talent training in local institutions, and takes the School of Pharmacy of Chongqing College of Arts and Sciences as an example, through a series of initiatives such as reconstruction of pharmacy professional talent training program, reform of the curriculum system and teaching method, implementation of on-campus scientific research and innovation practical training, opening of elite classes of drug research and development, and transformation of scientific research results into teaching resources to feed the teaching, etc., to initially establish an innovative and applied talent cultivation mode of pharmacy with the characteristics of local colleges and universities.
