摘要: 新时代农业农村和区域发展对农林经济管理专业人才培养的实践性、复合性和素质提出了更高要求。石河子大学农林经济管理专业通过优化实践课程体系、引入校外实践单位和指导教师、开展分类实践、构建多元评价体系,构建了基于“政产学研”协同的实践育人体系,具有多元主体协同、分层分类培养、“三全育人”和思政融入等创新性。

Abstract: The new era of rural and agricultural development as well as regional growth has put forward higher demands on the practicality, comprehensiveness, and high quality of talent cultivation in the major of agricultural and forestry economics and management. The major of agricultural and forestry economics and management at Shihezi University has constructed a practice-oriented talent cultivation system based on the collaboration of government, industry, universities, and research institutes by building a “great ideological and political education” practice teaching framework, optimizing the practical curriculum system, introducing off-campus practice units and instructors, carrying out classified practice, and establishing a diversified evaluation system. This system is innovative in terms of multi-subject collaboration, stratified and classified training, all-round talent cultivation, and the integration of ideological and political education.
