摘要/Abstract

摘要： 辅导员是奋战在大学生就业创业相关工作第一线的主抓手,是大学生四年青春年华的陪伴者,深知学生在就业创业方面的实际需求。高校是培养人才的主阵地,如何真正让学生实现角色的转变,将学校资源与学生需求紧密结合在一起,让每一个学生在就业创业路上少走弯路,这是每一个高校辅导员应该思考的问题。本文将从以下几点阐述新时代辅导员如何促进大学生就业创业。

Abstract: Counselors are the main players in the front line of employment and entrepreneurship related work for college students. They are the companions of four years of youth for college students, and they know the actual needs of students in employment and entrepreneurship. Colleges and universities are the main front for cultivating talents. How to truly enable students to change their roles, tightly integrate school resources with student needs, and make every student take less detours in employment and entrepreneurship. This is what every college counselor should think about. problem. This article will explain how the new era counselors can promote college students' employment and entrepreneurship.
