摘要/Abstract

摘要： 高校辅导员是学生思想政治教育的主力军,在学生成长成才中发挥着重要作用,民办高校辅导员的师德师风建设是一个不容忽视的问题。本文通过文献分析、抽样调查、访谈等方法,分析民办高校辅导员队伍的特点,师德师风建设的重要意义,以及目前存在的问题,为民办高校辅导员师德师风建设的路径提出一定的建议。

Abstract: College counselors are the main force of students' ideological and political education, and play an important role in the growth of student.In private colleges and universities,The teachers' morality and style of the counselor is an issue that cannot be ignored.This paper analyzes the characteristics of private college counselor teams, the significance of teacher morality, and current problems through literature analysis, sample surveys, and interviews. It also proposes a path for the construction of Teachers' morality and style in counselors of private colleges and universities.
