摘要: 现场工程师是指在生产、工程、管理、服务等一线岗位能创造性地解决工作现场技术应用问题的复合应用型技能人才。随着智能制造对现场工程师复合能力需求的升级,传统人才培养模式面临诸多挑战。该文聚焦现代学徒制,探讨其在现场工程师培养中的内涵、特征、现实问题和实践路径;通过分析咸阳职业技术学院面向现场工程师培养的现代学徒制实践案例,为提升现场工程师培养质量提供可复制的方案和有益的经验借鉴。

Abstract: On site engineers refer to composite applied skilled talents who can creatively solve technical application problems on the work site in frontline positions such as production, engineering, management, and service. With the upgrading of the demand for composite abilities of on-site engineers in intelligent manufacturing, the traditional talent training model is facing many challenges. This article focuses on the modern apprenticeship system, exploring its connotation, characteristics, practical difficulties, and practical paths in the training of on-site engineers. By analyzing the modern apprenticeship practice case of Xianyang Polytechnic Institute for on-site engineer training, replicable solutions and beneficial experience references are provided to improve the quality of on-site engineer training.
