摘要: 随着新质生产力概念的提出,社会亟需具备创新思维和实践能力且能紧跟冶金学科领域前沿发展趋势和满足产业实际需求的复合型人才。然而,冶金学科现有的教育教学模式无法满足未来拔尖人才培养的需求。该文分析了当前冶金学科教学和人才培养的现状与挑战,揭示了新质生产力背景下冶金学科教学改革的必要性与紧迫性,提出了切实有效的冶金学科教学改革措施与冶金学科创新人才培养路径,助力冶金专业创新型、高技能型人才的高效培养。

Abstract: With the introduction of the concept of new quality productivity, society urgently needs composite talents who possess innovative thinking and practical abilities, and can keep up with the cutting-edge development trends in the field of metallurgy and meet the actual needs of the industry. However, current educational and teaching models in metallurgy fall short of meeting the requirements necessary to nurture top-tier talents for future's challenges. This article examines the present state and challenges associated with metallurgical education and talent development, highlighting both the necessity and urgency of reforming metallurgical teaching practices within the context of new quality productivity. Furthermore, it proposes practical and effective strategies aimed at reforming metallurgical education and fostering innovative talent cultivation. The ultimate objective is to facilitate the development of students who are not only innovative but also possess high-level skills pertinent to the metallurgical profession.
