通识教育下大学体育“体美融合”策略研究

摘要: 该文首先分析了当前大学体育课程中存在的问题,指出传统的体育教育模式过于侧重体能和技能的培养,忽视了美学、艺术和情感的培养,未能充分实现体育与美育的深度融合;以问题为导向,提出更新课程理念、扩展课程体系、提升师资力量、营造良好的学习情境、强化评价机制等优化措施,从而全面提升大学体育课程的质量与效果,旨在为今后高等教育中体育教育模式的创新与优化提供参考。

Abstract: This article first analyzes the problems existing in current university physical education courses, pointing out that the traditional physical education model focuses too much on the cultivation of physical fitness and skills, neglects the cultivation of aesthetics, art, and emotions, and fails to fully achieve the deep integration of sports and aesthetic education. And guided by problems, propose optimization measures such as updating curriculum concepts, expanding curriculum systems, optimizing teacher resources, creating good learning environments, strengthening evaluation mechanisms, etc., in order to comprehensively improve the quality and effectiveness of university physical education courses, aiming to provide reference for the innovation and optimization of physical education models in higher education in the future.
