摘要: 该文以江苏农牧科技职业学院动物医学专业为例,分析职业院校“三教”改革现状,提出职业院校“三教”改革具体实践方案:教师改革以师德师风为基准,构建“双师型”结构化创新团队;教材改革以岗位需求为基础,优化课程内容,促进岗课深度衔接;教法改革以因材施教为要点,借助数字赋能,创新教学模式,期望实现职业教育教学质量的内涵式提升,最终实现职业教育高质量发展目标。

Abstract: This article takes the animal medicine major of Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College as an example to analyze the current situation of the “three education” reform in vocational colleges, and proposes a specific practical plan for the “three education” reform in vocational colleges: teacher reform is based on teacher ethics and style, and a “dual teacher” structured innovation team is constructed; Textbook reform is based on job requirements, optimizing course content and promoting deep integration between job and curriculum; The reform of teaching methods focuses on individualized instruction, digital empowerment, and innovative teaching models, aiming to achieve a qualitative improvement in the quality of vocational education teaching and ultimately achieve the goal of high-quality development of vocational education.
