摘要: 辅导员职业化是提升高校思想政治教育质量、促进学生全面发展的重要举措。针对当前辅导员职业化进程中存在的发展路径同质化、职业边界不明确、晋升发展途径不畅等问题,该文提出辅导员分群体职业化的发展路径,满足辅导员异质化的职业发展需求,突出群体特征与职业发展的动态适配,以坚定理想信念、搭建发展阶梯、提升职业胜任力、完善组织支持为举措,集成优势资源,打造辅导员阶梯式赋能支持体系,探索实施差异化考核机制,为推进辅导员队伍专业化发展提供理论支持和实践指导。

Abstract: Professionalization of counselors is an important measure to improve the quality of ideological and political education in universities and promote the comprehensive development of students. In response to the problems of homogenized development paths, unclear career boundaries, and poor promotion paths in the current professionalization process of counselors, this article proposes a career path for counselors that divides them into different groups to meet their heterogeneous career development needs, highlighting the dynamic adaptation between group characteristics and career development. Taking firm ideals and beliefs, building a development ladder, enhancing professional competence, and improving organizational support as measures, integrating advantageous resources to create a hierarchical empowerment support system for counselors, exploring the implementation of differentiated assessment mechanisms, and providing theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the professional development of the counselor team.
