摘要: 科技小院作为融合农业科技创新、人才培养与社会服务的模式,通过将教育与农业生产紧密结合,实现实验室与乡村的融合,构建实践教育场景,旨在培养既能开展科研又能提供服务的应用型人才,解决农业生产实际问题,推动农业科技创新,在乡村振兴中成效显著。该文以山东农业大学和乐陵市合作为例,提出构建整合学院、产业技术研究院、枣林书院与科技小院的“四院一体”育人基地,提升了育人质量,深化了研究生产教融合与科教融合,为推动乡村振兴提供了实践参考。

Abstract: As a model that integrates agricultural technological innovation, talent cultivation, and social services, the science and technology institutes closely integrates education with agricultural production, achieves the integration of laboratories and rural areas, constructs practical education scenarios, and aims to cultivate applied talents who understand both scientific research and service, solve practical problems in agricultural production, promote agricultural technological innovation, and achieve significant results in rural revitalization. This article takes the cooperation between Shandong Agricultural University and Leling City as an example, proposing the construction of a “four in one” education base that integrates colleges, industrial technology research institutes, Zaolin Academy, and science and technology institutes, improves the quality of education, deepens the integration of research, production, and education, and provides practical reference for promoting rural revitalization.
