法国实践取向的教师教育改革研究与启示——以ESPE项目为例

摘要: 受实践反思思潮的驱动,在基础教育改革和教师教育硕士化进程的推动下,法国创建了新型的教师教育机构——高等教师教育学院(ESPE)。该机构的职前教师培养模式表现为优化教师资格考试制度、确立教师专业能力标准框架、设置“三明治”培训理念的MEEF(教学、教育和培训职业硕士)培养方案。该文对实践取向的法国教师教育改革经验展开研究,从准入门槛、能力标准、培养内容3个维度得出启示,期望以此推进我国教师教育的改革,提高教师的综合素质。

Abstract: Driven by the trend of practical reflection and the promotion of basic education reform and the master's degree in teacher education, France has established a new type of teacher education institution - the Higher Teacher Education Institute. The pre service teacher training model of this institution is manifested in optimizing the teacher qualification examination system, establishing a framework for teacher professional competence standards, and setting up a MEEF master's training program with a“sandwich”training concept. This article conducts research on the practical experience of French teacher education reform, and draws inspiration from three dimensions: admission threshold, ability standards, and training content. It is hoped that this will promote the reform of teacher education in China and improve the comprehensive quality of teachers.
