摘要/Abstract

摘要： 大学的管理制度对于大学生的成长具有举足轻重的作用。随着现今社会中人才竞争愈发激烈,各个大学担负的责任与使命也逐渐地加重。在高效教育管理的重点方面就必须要国家各所大学的管理者展开审视。构建实行“刚柔并济”的高校教育管理模式能够促使高校教育的健康有序的发展。因此,本篇文章将针对“刚柔并济”的大学教育管理模式的构建进行分许和阐述。

Abstract: The university management system has the pivotal function to the university student's growth. With the fierce competition for talents in today's society, the responsibility and mission of each university has gradually increased. Therefore, this article will focus on the "soft and rigid" university education management model of the construction of sub-xu and elaborated.
