摘要: 新工科建设对工程管理等土建类专业应用与创新型人才培养提出了新要求,建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术是建筑行业以及土建类专业转型升级的重要媒介。该文通过分析现有土建类专业BIM技术相关课程的开设现状,剖析BIM技术应用与创新能力培养面临的问题,从课程体系、教学模式、教师团队以及实践平台等方面,探索适应新工科背景的土建类专业BIM应用与创新能力培养路径。

Abstract: The construction of new engineering disciplines has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of applied and innovative talents in engineering management and other civil construction majors. Building information modeling (BIM) technology is an important medium for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and civil engineering majors. By analyzing the current situation of BIM technology related courses in civil engineering specialty, this paper analyzes the problems faced by BIM technology application and innovation ability training, and explores the training path of BIM application and innovation ability in civil engineering specialty under the background of new engineering from the aspects of curriculum system, teaching mode, teacher team and practice platform.
