摘要: 依托设立于桂林电子科技大学的工信部集成电路设计测试平台和泛北部湾集成电路公共服务平台,桂林电子科技大学广西集成电路现代产业学院政、产、学、研多方联动,经过近4年的时间,探索出一条集成电路人才培养的有效途径,也为有效推动广西电子信息产业的发展积累了一定的经验。该文分析了产业学院建设存在的问题,结合广西集成电路现代产业学院的建设经验,提出了完善多主体协同育人机制的办法。

Abstract: Relying on the integrated circuit design testing platform of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the pan norst gulf integrated circuit Public Service Platform in Guilin University of Electronic Technology, Guilin University of Electronic Technology Guangxi Modern Industry College of integrated circuits has conducted a multi-party cooperation in politics, production, education and research, after nearly four years, it has explored an effective way to train integrated circuit personnel talents, also for the effective promotion of the development of Guangxi electronic information industry has accumulated some experience. Combined with the practical experience in construction of Guangxi Modern Industry College, the paper analyzed the predicament of the construction, and put forward the method of the improvement of multi-agent cooperative education mechanism.
