摘要: 职业教育作为技能型社会的基石和新质生产力人才培养的途径,可以培养高素质技能型人才,促进大国工匠的培养。在新质生产力加快发展的同时,职业本科教育环境发生了很大变化,面临着新的机遇与挑战。该文从新质生产力提出的时代背景出发,把握新质生产力的内涵,从而明确职业本科教育的任务,总结新质生产力与职业本科教育之间的关系,探究职业本科大学服务技能型社会建设的使命、困境与路径,更好地发挥职业本科大学的优势,为推动技能型社会建设提供智力支持。

Abstract: Vocational education, as the cornerstone of skilled society and the way of training new quality productive personnel, can train high-quality skilled personnel, promote the training of craftsmen in big countries. With the rapid development of new productive forces, great changes have taken place in the environment of vocational undergraduate education, which is facing new opportunities and challenges. Starting from the background of the new quality productivity, this paper grasps the connotation of the new quality productivity, so as to clarify the task of vocational undergraduate education, summarize the relationship between new quality productivity and vocational undergraduate education, and explore the mission, dilemma and path of vocational undergraduate universities in serving the construction of a skill-based society, so as to give full play to vocational undergraduate universities, to provide intellectual support for promoting the construction of a skill-based society.
