Reform and Practice of the “Position Chain, Ability Chain, Innovation Chain” Three-Chain Closed-Loop Practical Teaching System in Applied Undergraduate Institutions—Case Study of Guilin University of Aerospace Technology

摘要: 实践教学体系是应用型本科高校重要的教学保障,对于人才培养起着关键作用。该文以桂林航天工业学院为例,通过以需求为牵引,岗位链对接产业链,构建产教融合应用型人才培养“六方满意”长效机制;以能力为主线,能力链对接岗位能力,“五育并举”构建“三层次、四模块”实践教学课程体系;以课程为依托,创新链对接实践教学,构建“赛教融合、‘专创融合’”创新创业实践教学体系;以成果为导向,构建实践教学质量评价体系;以学生为中心,形成“岗位链、能力链、创新链”三链闭环实践教学体系,培养高水平应用型、创新型人才。

Abstract: The practical teaching system serves as a critical educational guarantee for applied undergraduate institutions and plays a pivotal role in talent cultivation. Taking Guilin University of Aerospace Technology as an example, this study proposes reforms guided by the following approaches: Demand-driven alignment of the position chain with industrial chains to establish a long-term mechanism integrating industry and education, ensuring“satisfaction across six stakeholders”; Competency-focused alignment of the ability chain with job requirements, constructing a“three-level, four-module” practical teaching curriculum system that integrates moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education; Curriculum-based alignment of the innovation chain with practical teaching, fostering an innovation and entrepreneurship education system through “competition-integrated and discipline-innovation fusion” approaches; Outcome-oriented development of a practical teaching quality evaluation system; Student-centered formation of a “position chain, ability chain, innovation chain”three-chain closed-loop practical teaching system. These reforms have cultivated high-level applied and innovative talents.
