摘要/Abstract

摘要： 结合我国经济的转型与升级、高职院校人才培养的模式和目标,如何改革传统的人才培养方案,培养出符合经济建设需求的人才就成为目前面临的重大研究课题。本文从高职教育人才培养目标出发,通过对人才培养方案的设计分析和研究,选取了兰州石化职业技术学院为研究对象,提出了高职院校人才培养方案的实践措施,展示人才培养的亮点及推广应用的经验。

Abstract: Combining with the transformation and upgrading of China's economy and the mode and goal of talent training in higher vocational colleges, how to reform the traditional talent training program and cultivate talents in line with the needs of economic construction has become a major research topic. In this paper, starting from the goal of talent training in higher vocational education, through the design, analysis and research of talent training program, selected lanzhou petrochemical vocational and technical college as the research object, put forward the practical measures of talent training program in higher vocational colleges, show the highlights of talent training and the experience of popularization and application.
