Abstract: In the context of the era of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, cultivating high-quality talents with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability has become an important mission of higher education. This article analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by current college students in entrepreneurship and employment from the perspective of“double innovation”talent cultivation, explores the core elements of“double innovation”talent cultivation, and proposes suggestions to promote college students'entrepreneurship and employment. The results indicate that strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship education, deepening the integration of industry and education, and improving the support system are effective ways to promote college students'entrepreneurship and employment.
