摘要: 高校传统的管理模式、课程设置和学科间关系更侧重单一学科专业人才的培养,近年来,通过对于学科交叉概念的引入和交叉学科的设置,高等院校需要从国家战略方向和学校顶层设计出发,重新思考及规划跨学科拔尖创新人才培养的新路径。该文着眼于新时代高校研究生培养管理工作,提出引进书院制或学院联盟的管理模式、更新设计学科交叉课程体系、优化建设智能化研究生管理信息平台并组建跨学科研究团队的机制,构建了一套适用于高校学科交叉拔尖创新人才培养的新模式,为高水平人才培养提供了新思路与新方向。

Abstract: The traditional management mode, curriculum design, and interdisciplinary relationships in universities focus more on the cultivation of talents in a single discipline. However, through the introduction of interdisciplinary concepts and the establishment of interdisciplinary disciplines in recent years, higher education institutions need to rethink and plan new paths for cultivating interdisciplinary and innovative talents from the perspective of national strategic direction and top-level school design. This article focuses on the management of graduate student training in universities in the new era, proposing the introduction of a management model of academy system or academy alliance, updating the design of interdisciplinary curriculum system, optimizing the construction of intelligent graduate student management information platform, and forming interdisciplinary research teams. It constructs a new model suitable for the cultivation of top innovative talents in interdisciplinary fields in universities, providing new ideas and directions for the cultivation of high-level talents.
