Cultivation of Employment and Entrepreneurship Abilities for Vocational College Students Guided by Market Demand

摘要: 近几年,高校持续扩招,大学生就业创业问题成为社会热点,也成为制约高职院校转型的关键要素。因此,高职院校要加强学生就业创业能力培养,助力他们实现职业梦想,进而促进职业教育高质量发展。高职院校要坚持以市场需求为导向,转变就业创业教育理念,聚焦学生就业创业能力培养;建设“专创融合”课程体系,增强学生对就业创业教育的重视;构建“双联动”协同育人体系,邀请相关企业参与就业创业教育;开展就业创业实践训练,营造良好的就业创业教育氛围,不断提高大学生的就业创业能力。

Abstract: In recent years, universities have continued to expand enrollment, and the issue of college students'employment and entrepreneurship has become a social hotspot and a key factor restricting the transformation of vocational colleges. Therefore, vocational colleges should strengthen the cultivation of students'employment and entrepreneurship abilities, help them achieve their career dreams, and promote the high-quality development of vocational education. Vocational colleges should adhere to market demand as the guide, actively transform the concept of employment and entrepreneurship education, and focus on cultivating students’employment and entrepreneurship abilities; Establish a“specialized innovation integration” curriculum system to enhance students’attention to employment and entrepreneurship education; Build a“dual linkage”collaborative education system and invite enterprises to participate in employment and entrepreneurship education; Carry out practical training on employment and entrepreneurship, create a good atmosphere for employment and entrepreneurship education, and continuously improve the employment and entrepreneurship abilities of college students.
