摘要: 学习共同体是学校要促进教学发展的重要组成部分。从学习共同体的基本理论与教育学价值入手,研讨高师院校课堂学习存在的主要问题,分析高师院校课堂学习共同体构建的制约因素,提出课堂学习共同体师生要学会倾听、对话教学、课堂要以评促改,提升教学质量等教学策略,以期对课堂学习共同体的发展提供参考。

关键词: 课堂学习共同体, 课堂构建

Abstract: Learning community is an important part of the development of teaching. Starting from the basic theory and pedagogical value of learning community, this paper discusses the main problems existing in the classroom learning in normal universities, analyzes the restrictive factors in the construction of classroom learning community in normal universities, and puts forward some teaching strategies such as teachers and students of classroom learning community should learn to listen, talk to each other, and the classroom should promote reform by evaluation and improve teaching quality, so as to provide the development of classroom learning community Reference resources.
