摘要: 随着互联网技术的快速发展和教育领域信息化改革进程的加快,现代远程教育模式已经成为高校教育工作的一大发展趋势。全新的远程教育模式为高校教育教学工作的开展提供了极大的便利,也对教师的能力提出了全新的要求,迫切要求教师创新教学策略,发挥远程教育的优势。该文主要对远程教育进行了概述,结合远程教育的规律及特点,分析了教师在教育过程中作用的变化,明确高校远程教育中教师角色转变的方向,并探究了教师在远程教育中教学策略的优化,以期提高教师团队的专业能力和素质,保障远程教育的教学质量,推动远程实践教学的持续发展。

Abstract: With the rapid development of Internet technology and the acceleration of information reform in the field of education, modern distance education model has become a major development trend of college education. The new remote education model provides great convenience for the development of higher education and teaching work, and also puts forward new requirements for the functions and abilities of teachers. It urgently requires teachers to innovate teaching strategies and leverage the advantages of remote education. The article mainly provides an overview of distance education, analyzes the changes in the role of teachers in the education process based on the laws and characteristics of distance education, clarifies the direction of teacher role transformation in university distance education, explores the optimization of teaching strategies for teachers in distance education. It aims to improve the professional ability and quality of the teacher team, ensure the quality of distance education teaching, and promote the sustainable development of distance practical teaching.
