摘要: 随着科技的快速发展,智能制造技术已成为全球制造业转型升级的重要方向,智能制造通过集成化、数字化、智能化等手段,实现生产过程的自动化、高效化和精准化。该文针对当前高职教育中数控机床操作技能教学存在的问题,提出以智能制造技术为核心、优化课程体系、强化实践教学、融合信息技术等改革措施,通过构建符合智能制造要求的教学体系,旨在提升学生的专业技能、创新能力和职业素养,为制造业转型升级培养高素质的技术技能型人才。

Abstract: With the rapid development of technology, intelligent manufacturing technology has become an important direction for the transformation and upgrading of the global manufacturing industry. Intelligent manufacturing achieves automation, efficiency, and precision in the production process through integration, digitization, intelligence, and other means. This article addresses the problems in the teaching of CNC machine tool operation skills in current vocational education, proposes reform measures such as optimizing the curriculum system, strengthening practical teaching, and integrating information technology with intelligent manufacturing technology as the core. By constructing a teaching system that meets the requirements of intelligent manufacturing, the aim is to enhance students'professional skills, innovation ability, and professional ethics, and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.
