摘要: 数字化教育将引领未来高等职业教育发展的方向,大力推广数字化教育是高职院校走向现代化教育的重要路径。当前,云南省高职院校化学教师在数字化教学中还存在数字化教育理念融入不足、对技术资源的应用流于形式、缺乏数字化教学培训机会和培训迁移动机等问题。鉴于数字教育时代的迫切需求,该文旨在促进高职教育领域化学教师数字化教学能力的提升,通过分析数字化背景下高职院校化学教师数字化教学能力的构成要素,提出了其数字化教学能力提升的4点策略。

Abstract: Digital education leads the direction of the development of higher vocational education in the future, and vigorously promoting digital education is an important path for higher vocational colleges to modernize. At present, there are still some problems in the digital teaching of higher vocational chemistry teachers in Yunnan Province, such as the lack of integration of digital education concepts, the application of technical resources in a mere formality, and the lack of digital teaching and training opportunities and training migration motivations. In view of the urgent needs of the digital education era, it aims to promote the transformation of the teaching model of chemistry teachers in the field of higher vocational education. By analyzing the components of the digital teaching ability of chemistry teachers in higher vocational colleges under the background of digitalization, four strategies for improving the digital teaching ability of higher vocational chemistry teachers.
