摘要: 随着社会经济的快速发展和高等教育的普及,应用型本科高校在我国教育体系中扮演着越来越重要的角色。应用型本科高校旨在培养能够适应社会需求、具备实践能力和创新精神的应用型人才。在这一过程中,青年教师作为教育的传承者和创新的主体,其培养和发展策略显得尤为关键。该文围绕应用型本科高校青年教师的培养策略进行了深入探究,分析了当前青年教师培养的现状,提出了一系列针对性的策略,以期促进青年教师的成长,提升教学质量,进而推动应用型本科教育的整体发展。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the social economy and the popularization of higher education, applied undergraduate universities are playing an increasingly important role in China's education system. These types of universities aim to cultivate applied talents who can meet social needs, possess practical abilities, and innovative spirit. In this process, young teachers, as inheritors of education and main body of innovation, their training and development strategies are particularly crucial. This article delves into the training strategies for young teachers in applied undergraduate universities, analyzes the current situation of young teachers training, and proposes a series of targeted strategies to promote the growth of young teachers, improve teaching quality, and ultimately promote the overall development of applied undergraduate education.
