摘要: 创新发展是国家战略,创新人才的培养是教育的重点。创新教育过程的阶段性总结与反思,是创新能力培养方案迭代优化的必要手段。该文以历年指导大学生创新训练项目的经验为依据,探索珠宝专业学生创新能力培养的路径。创新能力培养需要与第一课堂教育柔性融合,打造有针对性的课程体系;建立行之有效的保障机制,提升学生对“双创”的信心,切实帮助学生将创新项目落地,推动其向创业实践转化;组建优秀创新人才孵化智库,搭建产学研导师智库,夯实创新基础,搭建珠宝专业“双创”优质资源平台。

Abstract: Innovative development is a national strategy, and the cultivation of innovative talents is of paramount importance in education. The phased summary and reflection of the innovative education process is a necessary means of iterative optimization of the innovation ability training program. Based on the experience of guiding innovation training programs for college students over the years, this article explores the path of cultivating innovation ability for jewelry majors. The cultivation of innovative ability needs to be flexibly integrated with first classroom education to create a targeted curriculum system. Establish an effective guarantee mechanism to enhance students'confidence in“double innovation”, effectively help students implement innovative projects, and promote their transformation into entrepreneurial practice. Establish an excellent innovative talent incubation think tank, build an industry university research mentor think tank, work together in both directions to consolidate the foundation of innovation, and build a high-quality resource platform for“double innovation”in the jewelry industry.
