Abstract: With the increasing number of college students year by year, the supply and demand of graduates and the society is unbalanced. The employment distribution system in Colleges and universities has been changed to self employment. Without a strong comprehensive ability, self employment will not gain an advantage. Starting from the credit system of self-study in Tongren college, this paper analyzes the comprehensive ability cultivation of Tongren college students, puts forward specific strategies suitable for the ability cultivation of all aspects in all grades and stages of Tongren college, and integrates the ideological and political education of college students, aiming to make good career planning and enhance the core of students with the help of the platform provided by the school and the effective use of spare time Heart competitiveness.
