摘要: 文章结合实际工作经验,从大型精密仪器人才的培养、规范大型精密仪器的操作、安全培训与维护这几个方面进行探讨。旨在提升研究生的创新能力,同时增加研究生的就业技能培养,阐述了高校中大型仪器服务于研究生创新能力和就业技能培养的探索模式,使大型精密仪器设备更好地为高素质人才培养服务。

Abstract: Combined with the practical work experience, this paper discusses the follows steps of the cultivation of talented persons about large precision instruments, the regulation of operation about instruments, safety training and maintenance about instruments. In order to improve the innovation ability of postgraduates, increase the postgraduates' employment skill development, the exploratory model and supporting measures of postgraduates' innovation ability and employment development were explained. So that large precision instruments could be better serve the training of high-quality talents.
