Exploring the Cultivation Method of Applied Talents Based on Innovative Experimental Design

摘要: 针对地方本科高校应用型人才培养的办学定位,为提高大学生的综合素质,该文将创新实验设计融入实践教学环节,通过创新设计训练,探索应用型人才培养方法,以机电设备振动监测系统开发为例,根据现代测试技术设计软硬件结构,选用上位机、下位机仪器,并进行系统联调、振动测试平台搭建和模拟测试。结果表明:有无激励源时振动差别明显,所开发的振动测试系统实用性较强,通过创新实验设计训练可以提高学生的综合实践能力。

Abstract: Aiming at the orientation of local undergraduate colleges and universities to cultivate application-oriented talents, in order to improve the comprehensive quality of college students, the innovative experimental design is integrated into the practical teaching link, and the method of cultivating application-oriented talents is explored through innovative design training. Taking the development of vibration monitoring system for electromechanical equipment as an example, according to modern testing technology, the software and hardware structure is designed, the upper and lower instruments are selected, and the system interconnection, vibration testing platform is built and simulated testing is conducted. The results show that the vibration difference with and without excitation source is obvious, the developed vibration test system is practical, and the innovative experimental design training can improve the comprehensive practical ability of students.
