Abstract: With the deepening of political restructuring,Community service plays an increasingly important role in Social Management.The level of Community Service is also an important indicator to measure the Social Development.This paper takes N Community as an example to analyze the existing problems in Community Governance.It is found that Community Service is confronted with such problems as unreasonable structure of community server, imperfect management system of Community Service and weak awareness of Community Residents' participation in Community Governance in daily management.In order to make the best of service function of the Community, it is necessary to optimize the structure of Community Management personnel, establish and improve the service management mechanism and strengthen the service concept of residents.
