摘要: 教学团队建设是地方高校新工科建设的重要内容。该文提出培养面向地方产业所需的人才,以人才培养为共同目标,以改革课程教学目标、教学内容、教学方法和学业评价为举措,在建立工程化课程教学体系的过程中,建立课程组教学团队、课程模块教学团队和专业教学团队,通过专家评价课程教学质量、学生评价课程教学质量和学校评价人才培养成效相结合,建立教学团队绩效评价机制,促进教学团队持续发展。

Abstract: The construction of teaching team is an imporeant part of the construition of new engineering in local colleges and universities. It is proposed to cultivate talents that meet the needs of local industries, take talent training as the common goal, and take the reform of curriculum teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods and academic evaluation as the measures. In the process of establishing the engineering curriculum teaching system, establish the curriculum group teaching team, curriculum module teaching team and professional teaching team, and combine the evaluation of curriculum teaching quality by experts, students and schools, establish the performance evaluation mechanism of teaching team to promote the sustainable development of teaching team.
