产教融合背景下校企合作育人模式研究

摘要: 产教融合和校企合作是深化现代职业教育体系改革的重要举措,是促进高质量技术技能人才培养的重要途径,也是加快产业转型升级和经济结构优化调整的重要手段。但目前在校企合作育人方面仍存在育人合力不足、合作内容流于形式等问题,该文针对以上问题,提出了产教融合背景下校企合作育人模式的构建策略,以期为培养企业急需的高素质技术技能型人才提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract: The integration of industry and education, as well as school enterprise cooperation, are important measures to deepen the reform of the modern vocational education system, promote the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents, and accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading as well as economic structure optimization and adjustment. However, at present, there are still problems with the lack of joint efforts in education and the formality of cooperation content in school enterprise cooperation. This article proposes strategies for constructing a school enterprise cooperation education model under the background of industry education integration, in order to provide some reference for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents that enterprises urgently need.
