节能环保养殖技术引领下的跨学科人才培养模式创新研究

摘要: 随着我国养殖行业逐渐朝着绿色化、智能化、环保化、现代化的方向发展,当前的农林类院校必须顺应时代发展趋势,改革创新养殖行业人才培养模式,以提升人才培养质量,培养创新型、高素质的跨学科养殖人才,加速养殖行业的产业转型升级,实现乡村振兴。该文以研究节能环保养殖技术引领下的跨学科人才培养模式创新为目标,分析当前节能环保养殖技术人才培养模式,指出节能环保养殖技术跨学科人才培养需求,提出节能环保养殖技术引领下的跨学科人才培养模式创新策略,通过提升农林类院校养殖行业人才培养质量,加速养殖产业转型升级,实现乡村振兴。

Abstract: With the gradual development of China's aquaculture industry towards greening, intelligence, environmental protection, and modernization, current agricultural and forestry colleges and universities must comply with the trend of the times, reform and innovate the talent training mode of the aquaculture industry, improve the quality of talent training, cultivate innovative and high-quality interdisciplinary aquaculture talents, accelerate the industrial transformation and upgrading of the aquaculture industry, and achieve rural revitalization. This article aims to study the innovation of interdisciplinary talent cultivation mode under the guidance of energy-saving and environmental protection breeding technology, analyze the current forms of talent cultivation in energy-saving and environmental protection breeding technology, point out the demand for interdisciplinary talent cultivation in energy-saving and environmental protection breeding technology, propose innovative strategies for interdisciplinary talent cultivation mode under the guidance of energy-saving and environmental protection breeding technology, improve the quality of talent cultivation in the breeding industry of agricultural and forestry colleges and universities, and achieve rural revitalization by accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the breeding industry.
