高校书院制人才培养模式优化路径研究

摘要: 高校书院制育人模式为促进学生全面发展,创新学生管理制度和人才培养体系提供了新的路径。为了更好地推动高校书院制人才培养模式的改革,提升人才培养质量,该文从师生认知、部门职责、文化建设等方面,分析书院制育人模式在新时期人才培养过程中存在的主要问题,提出具有针对性的改进路径,为优化书院制人才培养模式、促进书院制实践应用等提供借鉴。

Abstract: The educational model of academy system in universities provides a new path for promoting the comprehensive development of students, innovating student management systems, and talent cultivation systems. In order to better promote the reform of the academy based talent cultivation model in universities and improve the quality of talent cultivation, this paper analyzes the main problems of the academy based talent cultivation model in the new era from the perspectives of teacher and student cognition, departmental responsibilities, cultural construction, etc., and proposes targeted improvement paths, providing reference for optimizing the academy based talent cultivation model and promoting the practical application of the academy based talent cultivation model.
