摘要: 在“双一流”建设与“新工科”背景下,分析我国高校所面临的机遇与挑战、新工业模型及其人才需求,从产品或技术所在的行业应用领域、其在工业价值链中所处位置、“智能”层级等方面来更精准地预测分析人才需求,再结合其涉及的学科领域来讨论工程创新型人才的培养思路。

Abstract: The opportunities and challenges faced by Chinese universities, new industrial models and their demand for talents under the background of "double first class" construction and "new engineering" are analyzed.More precise prediction and analysis of talent needs are made in terms of the application area of products or technologies,their position in the industrial value chain and their "intelligence" level. On this basis, the training ideas of intelligent manufacturing professionals are discussed in combination with the subject areas involved in intelligent manufacturing.
