摘要: 在当前的教育生活中,教师的学生管理直接导致了竞争性生活方式的生成,并推动着个体竞争性生活方式愈演愈烈。尤其体现在对学生的目标管理、行为管理、情感管理3个方面。显然,这无论是对学生的发展还是群体的进步而言都是极为不利的。鉴于此,需从发展学生反思能力、推动学生自我竞争以及促进管理方式转变等方面入手,才能使学生管理回归到教育的本意。

Abstract: In the current education life,The practice of student management directly leads to the formation of competitive lifestyle ,which promotes the individual competitive life to become more and more intense .In particular, there are three aspects: target management, behavioral management and emotion management. Obviously, this is extremely detrimental to the development of the individual and the progress of the group. In view of this, it is necessary to start from the aspects of developing students' reflective ability, promoting students' self-competition and improving students' management practice, so as to return to the essence of education.
