Research on the Talent Cultivation Model of Industry Education Integration in Universities Based on the Industry University Research Model

摘要: 产教融合是产业和教育的深度融合,由校企之间的实习实训合作扩展到师资共享、社会服务、技术攻关、教学内容改革等方面,突破产教结合难点,实现产业与教育的全方位结合,形成产教融合的育人体系,能够在实践教学、课程建设、项目合作等方面取得效果。该文提出基于产学研模式的产教融合新机制,引入企业前沿资讯,聘请产业专家参与教学,高校教授担任企业顾问,实现校企资源互补、共同发展的目标。

Abstract: The integration of industry and education is a deep integration of industry and education, which extends from internship and training cooperation between schools and enterprises to teacher sharing, social services, technological breakthroughs, teaching content reform, and other aspects. It breaks through the difficulties of integrating industry and education, realizes the comprehensive integration of industry and education, and forms an education system that integrates industry and education, and can achieve results in practical teaching, curriculum development, and project collaboration. The project proposes a new mechanism for industry education integration based on the industry university research model, introducing cutting-edge information from enterprises, hiring industry expert to participate in teaching, and university professors to serve as enterprise consultants, achieving the goal of complementary development of school enterprise resources.
