新常态下“双平台、五协同”就业创业课程体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of the “Dual Platform, Five Synergy” Employment and Entrepreneurship Curriculum System under the New Normal

摘要: 大学生职业规划与就业创业指导课程作为大学生发展生涯与职业素养联系的桥梁,在大学生职业能力、就业能力、创业能力以及素养培育中发挥着重要作用。该文从就业创业课程内容单薄、思政教育不足、课程考核单一等问题出发,提出构建“双平台、五协同”就业创业课程体系,建设创新创业项目资源平台和职业规划在线课程资源平台,探索了“双专双兼”课程团队、“三能递进”课程模块、“岗课赛证”课程教学、“四方同行”课程思政、“多元智能”课程评价等举措,完成了大学生职业规划和就业创业课程体系的构建实践,最后阐述实施成效。

Abstract: College students'career planning and employment and entrepreneurship guidance courses, as a bridge linking college students'career development and professional quality, play an important role in the cultivation of college students'vocational ability, employability, entrepreneurial ability and quality. This paper starts from the problems such as the thin content of employment and entrepreneurship courses, insufficient ideological and political education, and single course assessment. Proposed the construction of a “dual platform, five collaborative”employment and entrepreneurship course system, proposed the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship project resource platform and career planning online course resource platform, and explored the“dual professional and dual role”course team,“three ability progressive”course module,“post course competition certificate” course teaching,“four peer”course ideology and politics,“multiple intelligence”course evaluation and other measures. Completed the construction practice of college students'career planning and employment and entrepreneurship course system, and finally explained the implementation effect.
