摘要: 随着数字技术的快速发展,面向数字化创新的创新创业教育正成为推动经济社会发展的重要引擎。地方涉海高校作为培养海洋领域创新人才的摇篮,在新背景下如何构建一套行之有效的创新创业教育模式,已成为亟待解决的重要问题。该文以数字创新生态为视角,深入剖析地方涉海高校创新创业教育发展的必要性与存在的主要问题,并在此基础上进一步提出具有针对性的构建策略,旨在为地方涉海高校创新创业教育改革和发展提供有益的参考和借鉴,为推动地方海洋经济及产业发展做出积极贡献。

Abstract: The rapid development of digital technology has led to the emergence of digital innovation as a key driver of economic and social development. As a hub for cultivating innovative talent in the field of oceanography, the local sea-related universities are facing the urgent need to develop an effective innovation and entrepreneurship education model in the context of the new digital landscape. From the perspective of digital innovation ecology, it analyse the necessity and main problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education development in local sea-related universities. Based on this analysis, it propose targeted construction strategies with the aim of providing useful references for the reform and development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local sea-related universities and making positive contributions to the development of marine economy and industry.
