“互联网+”备赛提升护生创新创业能力的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of “Internet +” Preparation on Improving Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability of Nursing Students

摘要: 目的 探讨“互联网+”大赛培训在护理本科生创新创业能力中应用的效果。方法 选取山东省某高校177名全日制统招在校护理本科生为研究对象,有针对性地进行“互联网+”大赛培训,分别于培训前和培训后采用问卷星的方式,应用大学生创新创业能力自评量表对学生的创新创业能力展开调查。结果 “互联网+”大赛培训后学生的创新创业能力总分及4个维度(创业人格、基本创业能力、核心创业能力和社会应对能力)均显著高于培训前(P<0.05)。结论 有针对性地进行“互联网+”大赛培训可有效提升护理本科生的创新创业能力。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effectiveness of the application of“Internet +”competition training in the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of undergraduate nursing students. Methods A university in Shandong Province selected 177 full-time enrolled undergraduate nursing undergraduates as the research object, targeted training for the“Internet +”competition training, respectively, before and after the training using questionnaires, the application of self-assessment of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students to investigate the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of the students. Results The total score of innovation and entrepreneurship ability and the four dimensions (entrepreneurial personality, basic entrepreneurship ability, core entrepreneurship ability and social coping ability) of the students after the training of“Internet +”competition were significantly higher than those before the training (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted training for“Internet +”competitions can effectively enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of nursing undergraduates.
