“校企双元”智能制造现场工程师培养路径研究与实践

摘要: 高质量技术技能人才培养是强国战略实施的重要抓手,也是不断提升国际竞争优势的有力路径。教育部在《关于实施职业教育现场工程师专项培养计划的通知》中提出关于职业教育现场工程师的培养计划,为职业院校高技能人才培养指明了方向。该文从智能制造行业现场工程师培养的视角,深入调研行业人才需求现状,分析人才培养面临的机遇与挑战,发现当前人才培养模式普遍存在“校企双元”培养机制落实不足、人才培养目标定位与需求匹配失衡、课程设置与职业核心能力缺乏关联、评价体系与实践育人导向不吻合以及教学团队无法满足高质量技能型人才培养需求等问题;基于问题导向,以常州工业智能制造现场工程师培养为例,从建立校企协同育人机制、校企共商人才培养方案、校企共建课程资源、创新校企协同评价方式、打造校企双导师教学团队等维度,开展了对智能制造现场工程师人才培养的探索与实践。实践证明:“校企双元”育人模式的智能制造现场工程师培养,培养路径更清晰、目标定位更准确、教学贴合真实场景、评价体系立体多维、学生技能提升显著。

Abstract: From the perspective of on-site engineer training in the intelligent manufacturing industry, in-depth research has been conducted on the current demand for talents in the industry. It has been found that the current talent training model generally faces problems such as insufficient implementation of the dual training mechanism between schools and enterprises, imbalanced positioning of talent training goals and demand matching, and a lack of correlation between curriculum design and professional core competencies. The article takes the training of intelligent manufacturing on-site engineers at Changzhou Vocational Institute of Industry Technology as an example, and explores and practices the talent training of intelligent manufacturing on-site engineers from the dimensions of establishing a school enterprise collaborative education mechanism, school enterprise collaborative talent training program, and school enterprise collaborative course resources. The results show that under the“school enterprise dual education”model, the training of intelligent manufacturing on-site engineers has a clear training path, teaching is tailored to real scenarios, evaluation systems are three-dimensional and multi-dimensional, and student skills are significantly improved.
