摘要: 英语教学一直以来都是教育教学中的重要组成部分,英语教师在培养学生语言能力和文化素养方面具有重要作用。然而,英语教师的优秀不仅在于卓越的英语教学技能,还在于良好的班级管理技能。该文分析了英语师范生班级管理技能职前培养的传统模式,阐述了班级管理技能职前培养的重要性,并提出了英语师范生班级管理技能职前培养模式创新的有效途径,旨在为相关教育人员提供参考。

Abstract: English teaching has always been an important component of education and teaching, and English teachers play a crucial role in cultivating students'language ability and cultural literacy. However, the excellence of English teachers lies not only in their excellent English teaching skills, but also in their excellent class management skills. This article analyzes the traditional mode of pre-service training for English teacher training students'class management skills, elaborates on the importance of pre service training for class management skills, and proposes effective ways to innovate the mode of pre-service training for English teacher training students'class management skills, aiming to provide reference for relevant education personnel.
