Abstract: In view of the homogeneity of personnel training and the lack of outstanding professional characteristics, the major of pharmaceutical biotechnology connected with biomedical and health industry in Guangdong, cooperated with Guangzhou Beigene Bio-pharmaceutical Company, and made reform and adjustment in the aspects of talent positioning, curriculum system, practical teaching, order training, and innovative education. Establish the orientation of professional personnel training: for biopharmaceutical enterprises in Guangdong, school and enterprise cooperate to cultivate high-quality biopharmaceutical talents, and employment positions of graduates are cell culture, isolation and purification, pharmaceutical preparations and drug testing. Through the reform and exploration of personnel training, the graduates are more in line with the employment needs of biopharmaceutical enterprises, and the road had been proved for the development of pharmaceutical biotechnology.
