摘要： 实现东北振兴是新时代赋予东北地区高校建设与发展的新使命,科研队伍建设作为高校建设的核心,应切实担负起为实现东北振兴发展使命与责任,充分发挥好高校科研队伍在东北振兴中重要作用,为实现东北振兴服务。

Abstract: The revitalization of northeast China is a new mission for the development of universities in northeast China in the new era.
